乡村振兴背景下农村教育的困境及对策——基于内卷化的研究视角

Dilemma and countermeasures of rural education under the backgroundof rural revitalization:Based on the research perspective of involution

乡村要振兴,教育需先行。乡村振兴战略是新时代党中央为破解乡村发展困境、全面提升乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。农村教育在乡村振兴战略的推进中迎来新发展机遇的同时,也面临着教育价值取向功利化、农村义务教育学校布局困境、人才培养目标定位矛盾、城乡二元结构对立等问题,出现了农村教育的“内卷化”现象。树立城乡教育一体化优质均衡发展理念、构建内外协同的农村教育制度体系、形成多元参与的保障共同体、培育具有浓郁乡土情怀的农村教师队伍,是消解农村教育“内卷化”的必要选择。

To revitalize rural areas,education needs to go first.The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure taken by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the new era to solve the difficulties of rural development and comprehensively enhance the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.While rural education faces new development opportunities in the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,it also faces challenges such as utilitarianism in educational value orientation,difficulties in the layout of rural compulsory education schools,contradictions in the positioning of talent cultivation goals,and the opposition of urban-rural dual structure,which has led to the phenomenon of“involution”in rural education.Establishing the concept of high-quality and balanced development of urban-rural education integration,constructing a rural education system with internal and external coordination,forming a diversified participation guarantee community,and cultivating a rural teacher team with strong local sentiment are necessary choices to dispel the“internalization”of rural education.
