摘要
该文以工业机器人智能装配工作站为研究对象,提出了一种基于RobotStudio仿真软件物理仿真功能和Smart组件设计的装配工作站仿真设计方法。工作站由机器人、立体仓库、快换工具模块、输送带模块、视觉检测模块、变位机及旋转料库等组成。对变位机、快换工具、旋转料库及视觉检测等模块的Smart组件设计进行了研究,设置了工作站相关对象的物理行为。在此基础上,分析设计了工作站逻辑控制,并编写调试了机器人程序,完成了工作站的仿真调试,工件装配效果良好。
Taking the intelligent assembly workstation of industrial robot as the research object,a simulation design method of assembly workstation based on the physical simulation function and Smart component design of RobotStudio is proposed.The workstation consists of robot,stereoscopic warehouse,the module of quick change tool,conveyor belt module,visual inspection module,positioner and rotary warehouse.The Smart component design of positioner,quick change tool,rotary warehouse and visual inspection modules was studied,and the physical behavior of related objects of the workstation was set.On this basis,the logic control of the workstation was analyzed and designed,and the robot program was compiled and debugged.The simulation debugging of the workstation is completed,and the workpiece assembly effect is good.
