面向高压断路器故障诊断的多源信号采集系统

摘要 针对高压断路器定期停电检修十分不便、状态监测采集信号种类单一的问题,该文设计了一种面向高压断路器故障诊断的多源信号采集系统。系统利用信号采集调理模块采集声音、振动及电流信号,调理后存入缓存模块;由AT32F437ZMT7读取缓存模块内信号数据,对之进行处理后利用以太网传输模块传至上位机,对信号数据进行显示、储存、回读以及时频域分析。结果表明,该系统可较好采集到断路器三类信号,并利用以太网模块稳定传输数据至上位机,实现断路器的状态监测和故障诊断。 Aiming at the problems of inconvenient maintenance of high voltage circuit breaker due to regular outage and single signal type of condition monitoring and acquisition,this paper designs a multi-source signal acquisition system for high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis.The system uses the signal acquisition and conditioning module to collect the sound,vibration and current signals,which are stored in the cache module after conditioning.The signal data in the cache module is read by AT32F437ZMT7.After processing,the signal data is transmitted to the supreme computer by Ethernet transmission module,and the signal data is displayed,stored,read back and time-frequency domain analysis.The results show that the system can collect the three kinds of circuit breaker signals well,and use Ethernet module to transmit data stably to the top computer to realize the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of circuit breaker.
