摘要
目前全抛釉陶瓷砖(板)产品在市场上占有很高的比例,但是由于釉面玻璃相含量较高,存在硬度低、耐磨性差等问题,使用过程中容易造成划痕和砖面磨损,同时国家标准中对全抛釉陶瓷砖的釉面硬度、耐磨性检测及评价较为宽泛。笔者从不同测试方法的角度探讨了釉面硬度及耐磨性能,提出单一的检测方法无法同时反映出有釉砖表面的硬度及耐磨性,需要建立多维综合评价方法。
At present,full-polished glazed ceramic tile(slab)products occupy a high proportion in the market,however,due to the high content of glass phase on the glaze,there are problems such as low hardness and poor wear resistance.it is easy to cause scratches and wear of surface during use.at the same time,in the national standard,the hardness and wear resistance of the full-polished glazed ceramic tiles are detected and evaluated in a wide range.the author discussed the hardness and wear resistance of the glaze from the Angle of different testing methods.it is suggested that a single testing method cannot reflect the hardness and wear resistance of surface at the same time,so it is necessary to establish a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation method.
