利用电解锰渣和废瓷制备陶粒的研究

摘要 电解锰渣堆放量大,影响了当地的环境和人们的健康。电解锰渣硅和铝含量较低,不能直接用于陶瓷材料的制备,笔者利用废瓷调节硅含量,利用工业氧化铝调节铝含量,制备出高强的陶粒。电解锰渣用量80%,1100℃烧结后的体积密度和抗压强度分别为:2.34 g/cm^(3)和50.80 MPa。由XRD分析可知,工业氧化铝促进了钙长石的合成,有利于陶粒致密化。陶粒应用领域广泛,本研究对于电解锰渣和废瓷资源化利用具有重要意义。 The large amount of electrolytic manganese slag has affected the local environment and the health of humans.The content of silicon and aluminum in electrolytic manganese slag is low,which can not be directly used in the preparation of ceramic materials.In this paper,the content of silicon was adjusted by waste porcelain,and the content of aluminum was adjusted by industrial alumina to prepare high-strength ceramsite.When the amount of electrolytic manganese slag was 80%,the bulk density and compressive strength after sintering at 1100℃were 2.34 g/cm^(3) and 50.80 MPa,respectively.The XRD showed that industrial alumina promoted the synthesis of anorthite and was conducived to the densification of ceramsite.Ceramsite has a wide range of applications.This study is of great significance for the resource utilization of electrolytic manganese slag and waste ceramics.
