公馆猪标准化智能养殖技术探究与推广应用

Research and application of standardized intelligent breeding technology for Gongguan pigs

公馆猪俗称本地猪、公馆小花猪,是北海地区唯一的地方猪品种,也是广西壮族自治区认定的地方良种之一。其体型外貌特征明显,早在20世纪60年代初,合浦县就成立了公馆猪良种育种辅导站,于1955年、1958年、1962年多次被列入国家优良品种,曾获国内知名火锅餐饮企业“海底捞”组织的全国猪肉品质评比第1名。2022年公馆猪通过国家农产品地理标志产品认证,公馆猪肉质中所含的蛋白质主要为高分子的肌红蛋白,属于稳定性较高的可溶性高价蛋白质,容易被人体消化和吸收,具有较高的营养成分和食用价值。因此通过探究公馆猪的标准化智能养殖技术,旨在推动公馆猪的规模化养殖发展,提升公馆猪品牌地位。

Mansion pig,commonly known as local pig or Mansion pig Little flower pig,is the only local pig breed in Beihai area,and one of the local varieties recognized by Guangxi.Its body appearance characteristics are obvious.As early as the early 1960s,Hepu County set up the residence pig breeding auxiliary station.In 1955,1958,1962,it was listed in the national excellent varieties many times.It has won the domestic well-known hot pot catering enterprise "Haidilao" organization of the national pork quality evaluation of the first.In 2022,Mansion pigs passed the national Agricultural Products Geographical Indication product certification.The protein contained in Mansion pigs is mainly myoglobin,which is a soluble protein with high stability and high price.It is easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body and has high nutritional content and edible value.Therefore,by exploring the standardized intelligent breeding technology of Mansion pigs,this paper aims to promote the development of large-scale breeding of Mansion pigs and enhance the brand status of Mansion pigs.
