中国式农业农村经济治理:党执政兴国的根基

Chinese-style Agricultural and Rural Economic Governance is the Foundation of the Party’s Governance and Rejuvenation of the Country

中国共产党领导经济工作的一项重点,是开展农业农村经济治理。在深入分析中国共产党农业农村治理脉络和内涵的基础上,提出了中国式农业农村经济治理的几个鲜明特征,即:在党的领导下形成的中国式农业农村经济治理秉持了理论与实践紧密联接的认识论特征;探索了统筹国家全局、含纳基层创新的政策实践模式;践行了社会主义理念与中国历史传统及现实国情相结合的制度构建方略。由此认为中国式农业农村经济治理是中国共产党执政兴国的根基。

One of the key focuses of the CPC to lead economic work is the governance of agricultural and rural economy.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the context and connotation of the CPC’s agricultural and rural governance,this paper identifies several distinctive characteristics of Chinese-style agricultural and rural economic governance,which include:the epistemological characteristics of the close connection between theory and practice,which is shaped under the leadership of the Party;the exploration of a policy practice model that integrates national overall planning and grassroots innovation;and the implementation of the system construction strategy that combines the socialist concept with History of China’s historical tradition and current national conditions.Therefore,it is argued that Chinese-style agricultural and rural economic governance serves as the foundation for the CPC to govern and prosper the country.
