关于低压变频调速永磁三相同步电动机仿真分析

摘要 随着永磁电机的不断发展,节能效果越来越显著,越来越受到广大用户的认可,开始有更多的人对永磁电机开展研究,现以110kW-4极3800r/min变频调速永磁三相同步电动机为例,结合Ansoft软件,对电机空载、负载、过载等情况进行仿真分析,充分了解磁路结构,并结合SolidWorks软件,对本案例电机的机械结构进行简单分析,了解永磁电机的结构特点。 With the continuous development of permanent magnet motors,and increasing recognition from users,more and more people begin to make research on permanent magnet motors.Taking a variable frequency adjustable speed permanent magnet three-phase synchronous motor of 110kW-4-pole 3800r/min as an example,combined with Ansot software,simulation analysis is conducted on no-load,load,overload and other situations of the motor,the magnetic circuit structure is fully understood,and combined with Solidworks software,a simple analysis of the mechanical structure of the motor in this case is performed to understand the structural characteristics of the permanent magnet motor.
