压裂用纤维携砂和固砂性能实验研究

摘要 纤维压裂技术是一种广泛应用于油气田增产作业的工艺,通过向压裂液中添加纤维,借助纤维自身作用可增加携砂、固砂能力。目前对纤维的评价较多关注常规物理性能和静态携砂性能,对其关键的固砂性能研究较少。选取了两种商用压裂用纤维,利用显微镜观察纤维在压裂液中的分散行为,开展了静态携砂实验研究,研制了纤维固砂性能评价装置,开展了纤维动态固砂性能评价,实验结果为压裂用纤维的优选提供可靠借鉴。 Fiber fracturing technology is widely used in oil and gas field stimulation operations.By adding fiber to fracturing fluid,the ability of carrying and cementing sand can be increased by means of the fiber's own action.At present,more attention has been paid to conventional physical properties and static sand carrying properties of fibers,but less to the key sand fixation properties.The author se-lected two kinds of commercial fracturing fibers,firstly observed the dispersion behavior of fibers in fracturing fluid by microscope,car-ried out the static sand carrying experimental study,developed the fiber sand fixation performance evaluation device,and then conduct-ed the evaluation on the fiber dynamic sand fixation property.The experimental results provide reliable reference for the optimization of fracturing fibers.
