摘要
针对煤系地层岩石样品中黏土含量测定方法的选择问题,采用焙烧+沉降分离法进行分析。首先采用焙烧法除去样品中的有机质并收集残留灰分,然后采用沉降分离法进一步对残留灰分进行黏土提纯,并以长庆油田苏里格区域石盒子组地层提取的煤岩样品黏土提纯过程为例,同时采用焙烧+沉降分离法与XRD分析法对其进行综合评判检验。结果表明:焙烧+沉降分离法与XRD分析法所得结果较为接近。因此,焙烧+沉淀分离法最大限度地实现了安全、高效、经济的测定煤系地层岩石中黏土矿物含量的目标,并取得了较为满意的结果。
In view of the selection of determination methods of clay content in coal measure rock samples, roasting and sedimentation separation methods were used for analyses. Firstly, the organic matter in the samples was removed by roasting method and the residual ash was collected. Then, the clay of the residual ash was purified by sedimentation separation method. With the purification process of coal and rock samples extracted from the Shihezi formation in Sulige area of Changqing oilfield as an example, the comprehensive evalu-ation test was conducted by roasting + sedimentation separation method and XRD analysis method. The results show that the results ob-tained by roasting and sedimentation are close to those obtained by XRD analysis. Therefore, the method of roasting and sedimentation separation method has achieved the goal of determining the content of clay minerals in coal measure rocks safely, efficiently and eco-nomically to the maximum extent, and has obtained satisfactory results.
