油气计量接转站是石油开采集输过程中的一个小型站点,稍有不慎,就有发生火灾爆炸的危险。现阶段地处偏远缺水地区的油气计量接转站,由于受地理环境等因素限制,初起火灾得不到及时处置,使小火蔓延成大火,最终造成更大的经济损失。根据国内现有的灭火技术,针对油气计量接转站的生产性质及火灾类型,可设置投资小、安装方便、无需专人操作的自动灭火设施,如柜式超细干粉自动灭火装置、柜式七氟丙烷气体自动灭火装置、柜式全氟己酮自动灭火装置等,以解决长期以来偏远缺水地区油气计量接转站初起火灾得不到及时处置的问题。
