数字化油田无线载荷位移传感器实验室一体化检测技术研究

摘要 针对数字化油田无线载荷位移传感器在实验室环境下只能进行载荷、位移参数手动检测,检测效率低,无法实现同步检测,并且对载荷值和位移值同步生成的示功图的准确性无法验证等问题,研制无线载荷位移传感器实验室一体化检测装置,实现无线载荷位移传感器的全自动一体化检测和示功图准确性的综合评价。首先采用分布式高精度载荷、位移控制技术,利用实时控制器通过EtherCAT通讯实现伺服电机、伺服油泵控制,然后采用GR10分布式模块采集高精度压力传感器、高精度磁栅尺的实时反馈,从而实现载荷位移的快速高精度闭环控制与检测结果输出,同时将标准示功仪评价方法与软件相结合,实现了无线载荷位移传感器的准确度评价。结果表明:用这种技术进行无线载荷位移传感器的准确度评价可以保证载荷、位移参数检测的同步性、准确性,并且显著提高了检测效率,能够为数字化油田系统感知层提供准确、高效的数据支撑,取得了比较满意的效果。 In view of the problem that digital oilfield wireless load displacement sensor can only carry on the manual testing for the load and displacement parameters under the laboratory environment,which gets low detection efficiency,and cannot realize the synchronous detection,and also cannot verify the accuracy of indicator diagrams generated synchronously by load and displacement values,a labinte-grated testing device for wireless load displacement sensor is developed to realize the full-automatic and integrated testing of wireless load displacement sensor and the comprehensive evaluation for the accuracy of indicator diagram.Firstly,the distributed high-precision load and displacement control technology are adopted,and the servo motor and servo oil pump are controlled by real-time controller through EtherCAT communication;then the GR10 distributed module is used to collect the real-time feedback of high-precision pres-sure sensor and high-precision magnetic grating ruler,so as to realize the fast and high-precision closed-loop control of the load dis-placement and the output of the test results;at the same time,the accuracy evaluation of wireless load displacement sensor is realized by combining the evaluation method of standard dynamometer with software.The results show that the accuracy evaluation of the wireless load-displacement sensor with this technique can ensure the synchronism and accuracy of the load and displacement parameters to the greatest extent,and improve the detection efficiency significantly,and can provide accurate and efficient data support for the digital oil-field system perception layer,and obtain a relatively satisfactory effect.
