灵菌红素抗肿瘤与生物防治研究进展

摘要 灵菌红素(prodigiosin,简称PGN)是一类天然红色素家族的总称,它是一类具有独特三吡咯环结构的生物碱类次生代谢物,是一类脂溶性红色素,由多种细菌(沙雷氏菌、假单胞菌)和放线菌(链霉菌)产生的一类次级代谢产物,研究最多的就是粘氏沙雷氏菌所产生的灵菌红素,并且已进行相应的发酵生产,如今灵菌红素在医学、环境治理和燃料制备等各种领域有着巨大的应用价值。
