摘要
以某水泥厂国产水泥立式辊磨的成功改造为例,介绍了天津水泥院新型立磨研磨区改造专利技术,该技术通过改变物料在磨盘上的流速及运动轨迹、加宽有效研磨区,达到提高立磨稳定性、增产降耗的目的。本次改造采用在线堆焊方式完成,改造周期短,施工周期仅约20天,投资回报率高。改造后,在相同水泥配比和成品细度情况下,1号水泥磨提产38%,系统电耗下降3.0kW·h/t;2号水泥磨提产22%,系统电耗下降2.6kW·h/t,改造效果显著。
Taking the successful modification of domestic cement vertical roller mill in a cement factory as an example,the application of TCDRI new grinding area technology in the modification project of domestic cement vertical roller mill is introduced.By changing the flow rate and movement path of the material on the table,the effective grinding zone is widened,so as to improve the stability of the vertical roller mill,increase production and reduce consumption.This modification adopts the method of online welding,shorten the period of modification.The construction period is 20 days,and the return on investment is high.Under the condition of the same cement recipe and fineness of finished products,the output of No.1 mill was increased by 38%,and the power consumption of the system was reduced by 3 kW·h/t.The output of No.2 mill is 22%,and the power consumption of the system is reduced by 2.6 kW·h/t.
