矿粉一键发货系统设计及应用

摘要 梳理了从汽车入场到矿粉计量、散装头下料、装车离场的矿粉发货全流程内容,分析了传统矿粉发货系统存在的人员沟通不畅、系统自动化程度低、信息精确度低等问题,提出了设计信息化、自动化程度较高的矿粉一键发货系统。现场运行实际表明,改造后的矿粉一键发货系统实现了线上发货的全流程自动化管理,每车装货时间由30min降至20min,发货效率提升了33%,每年可节省电费15.6万元,节约人工费用约48万元。 The whole process of mineral powder delivery from car entry to mineral powder measurement,bulk loading,loading and leaving was sorted out.The problems of poor communication,low automation and low accuracy in traditional mineral powder delivery system were analyzed.A one-button mineral powder delivery system with high automation and information technology was proposed.The actual operation shows that the modified one-button delivery system realizes full process automation online delivery management,the loading time of each car is reduced from 30min to 20min,the delivery efficiency is increased by 33%,and the annual electricity cost can be saved by 156,000 yuan and the labor cost is saved by about 480,000 yuan.
