资源综合利用绿色矿山典型模式研究:以蔡家营锌多金属矿为例 被引量:1

摘要 蔡家营锌多金属矿是河北省最大的铅锌矿床,产出约60%的高品位矿石和约40%的低品位矿石,并共生铅以及金、银、镓等稀贵金属,是我国典型的低品位多金属共生有色金属矿床。根据矿山的资源禀赋特征,蔡家营矿将资源综合利用作为绿色矿山建设的主攻方向,主要包括低品位矿石的高效利用、共伴生资源综合利用和废弃资源综合利用,基本完成了“颗粒归仓”“贫富兼济”和“变废为宝”。系统总结了蔡家营矿在资源综合利用方面的方法和形式的集合,总结出了资源综合利用的典型模式,即以绿色矿山长效管理为主线,形成了“资源-产品-废弃物-再生资源”构成的横向耦合式循环产业链条,打造了“三型矿山”,形成资源综合利用绿色矿山典型模式。该建设模式集成绿色技术体系、产业模式、管理方式,形成了良好的展示窗口,为区域矿山提供了技术支撑,示范引领作用显著。 Caijiaying Zinc Polymetallic Mine is the largest Pb-Zn deposit in Hebei Province,which has approximately 60%high and 40%low grade ores,and symbiotic Pb,and Au,Ag,Ga and other rare metals.It is a typical low-grade polymetallic coexisting non-ferrous metal deposit in China.According to its resource endowment characteristics,Caijiaying Mine takes the comprehensive utilization of resources as the main direction of green mine construction.It mainly includes the efficient utilization of low-grade ores,the comprehensive utilization of co-associated resources and the comprehensive utilization of resources,and the basic completion of“grain recycling”“rich and poor”and“turning waste into treasure”.Systematically summarizes the collection of methods and forms in the comprehensive utilization of resources in Caijiaying Mine,summarizes the typical mode of comprehensive utilization of resources,takes the long-term management of green mines as the main line,forms a horizontal coupling circular industrial chain consisting of“resources-products-waste-renewable resources”,creates“three types of mines”,and forms a typical mode of comprehensive utilization of resources in green mines.The construction mode integrates green technology system,industrial mode and management mode,forms a good display window,provides technical support for regional mines,and plays a significant role in demonstration and leading.
