常德市油菜产业高质量发展探索

Exploration of The High-Quality Development of Rapeseed Industry in Changde

常德市是全国油菜主产区。近年来,常德市油菜生产规模企稳回升,生产竞争力持续提升,产业发展稳中向好,但同时面临着粮油争地矛盾突出、种植效益偏低、加工能力滞后等问题。本文阐述了常德市油菜产业发展的现状、面临的形势及存在的问题,并从种业创新、科技支撑、品牌建设、产业融合等方面提出了高质量发展对策。

Changde City is the main producing area of rape in China.In recent years,the production scale of rape in Chang-de City has stabilized and rebounded,the production competitiveness has been continuously improved,and the industrial development has improved steadily.But at the same time,it is faced with some problems,such as the contradiction between grain and oil for land,low planting efficiency,lagging processing capacity and so on.This paper expounds the present situa-tion,situation and existing problems of rapeseed industry development in Changde City,and puts forward high-quality de-velopment countermeasures from the aspects of seed industry innovation,science and technology support,brand construc-tion,industry integration and so on.
