年轻员工工作幸福感影响因素和提升策略

摘要 科学管理好年轻员工,对深挖人力资源潜力和企业可持续发展意义重大,文章阐释年轻员工和工作幸福感的内涵,从薪酬福利、职业规划、工作感受和工作环境4个方面分析影响工作幸福感的因素,结合年轻员工群体特点,提出建立健全激励性的薪酬福利体系、实施个性化的职业培养计划、注重提高工作心理感受、优化良好的工作环境4点建议,旨在提升年轻员工工作幸福感,实现企业繁荣发展和年轻员工成长的双赢局面。
