泵房基础结构镜像分块法施工技术应用

摘要 深基坑海水泵房基础结构属于大体积混凝土结构,为解决其结构体量大、净空高、细节难控制及受场地因素影响整体施工局限性大等问题,本研究制定镜像分块法工艺,以确保在大体积混凝土施工质量稳定控制的前提下深基坑海水泵房基础结构有序作业。镜像分块法工艺结合大体积混凝土的特点分析结构的形式,将海水泵房的整体按照先从体到面、再从面到块的工序结构布置,深化剖析关键控制点,以确定控制措施、并归纳工艺特点及适用性。镜像分块法工艺在海水泵房的实际运用中,落实效果良好,达到零停顿,零延误的工序施工要求,保证了大体积混凝土质量控制要求,为后续同类结构施工提供技术保障。 The foundation structure of a seawater pump house in a deep foundation pit is a mass concrete structure with large structural volume,high clear-head,difficulties in controlling details and great limitation in overall construction due to the site factors.To overcome these problems,a mirror image segmentation method was developed to ensure orderly construction of the foundation structure of a seawater pump house in a deep foundation pit on the premise of stable control of the construction quality of the mass concrete.In the mirror image segmentation process,the form of the foundation structure was analyzed based on the characteristics of mass concrete and the whole seawater pump room was structurally arranged from the body to the surface first and then from the surface to the block with critical control points being further analyzed to determine the control measures and summarize the characteristics and applicability of the process.The implementation of the mirror imagesegmentation process in the construction of the sea water pump room has demonstrated good effect and achieved the requirements of zero pause and zero delay,ensuring the quality control requirements to be met for mass concrete and providing technical support for subsequent construction of similar structures.
