摘要
无花果味道甘美,营养丰富,兼具药食两用特性,是一种优良的经济树种,在鲜食和加工领域具有巨大的开发潜力。本文基于中国知网数据库(CNKI)与Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库,利用文献计量学方法,对1900年1月至2022年9月无花果研究的年度发文、论文被引情况、学科发文、刊载期刊、作者情况、研究机构和发文国家7个方面进行了分析,总结了国内外无花果的研究现状与未来发展趋势,以期为无花果的产业发展提供参考。
Ficus carica L.is a kind of excellent economic tree species with sweet taste,rich nutrition and dualuse characteristics of medicine and food,and has great development potential in the field of fresh food and processing.Based on CNKI database and Web of Science(WOS)core collection database,this paper analyzed the seven aspects(annual publication,citation of papers,disciplinary publication,published journals,authors,research institutions and countries)of Ficus carica L.research from January 1900 to September 2022 by bibliometrics method,and summarized the research status and future development trend of Ficus carica L.at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the industrial development of Ficus carica L.
