卵期短时间高温和低温处理对草地贪夜蛾生长的影响

摘要 为明确草地贪夜蛾卵对高温和低温的适应性,以温度28℃处理为对照,研究了草地贪夜蛾卵在低温(10、13、16、19、22℃)和高温(35、38、41℃)条件下处理不同时间(12、24 h)对其孵化、发育历期及性比的影响。结果表明,短期高温和低温处理对草地贪夜蛾卵的孵化率、孵化时间、发育历期及性比有一定影响。10、13、38、41℃温度处理后卵的孵化率显著低于对照;卵孵化时间随着温度增加而缩短;10、13、16℃温度处理会显著延长草地贪夜蛾幼虫发育历期,38、41℃温度处理会显著缩短草地贪夜蛾幼虫发育历期。41℃高温处理12 h后,草地贪夜蛾雌虫比例为56.33%,显著高于对照及其他处理。 In order to determine the adaptability of the eggs of Spodoptera frugiperda to high and low temperatures,the effects of eggs treated at low temperature(10,13,16,19,22℃)and high temperature(35,38,41℃)for different time(12,24 h)on hatching,developmental duration and sex ratio of Spodoptera frugiperda were studied.The results showed that short-term high and low temperature treatments had certain effects on the hatching rate,hatching time,developmental duration and sex ratio of the eggs of Spodoptera frugiperda.The hatching rate of eggs treated at 10,13,38 and 41℃was significantly lower than that of the control.The hatching time of the eggs decreased with the increase of temperature.Developmental duration of Spodoptera frugiperda larvae significantly extended when eggs were treated at 10,13,16℃,while developmental duration of Spodoptera frugiperda larvae significantly shortened when eggs were treated at 38,41℃.After eggs were treated at 41℃for 12 h,the proportion of female Spodoptera frugiperda was 56.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control and other treatments.
