黄精中11种常用农药残留检测方法的建立 被引量:1

摘要 本研究利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法分析黄精中11种常用农药的残留检测方法和基质效应。黄精样品先按QuEChERS方法提取、净化,然后采用UPLC-MS/MS在电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式下以多反应监测扫描方式(MRM)测定。结果表明:所用检测条件干扰小,线性关系、决定系数(R^(2)>0.99)和回收率(89%~98%)均满足农药残留检测要求;同时,11种农药中有3种农药表现为中等强度基质效应。本文在QuEChERS方法的基础上建立的UPLC-MS/MS分析方法可以用于黄精中11种农药残留的快速、准确测定。 The residue detection methods and matrix effects of 11 commonly used pesticides in Polygonatum sibiricum were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The Polygonatum sibiricum samples were extracted and purified by QuEChERS method,and then determined by UPLC-MS/MS in the mode of electrospray positive ion(ESI+)with multiple reaction monitoring scanning(MRM).The results showed that the selected detection conditions could effectively remove impurity interference,and the linear relationship,determination coefficient(R^(2)>0.99)and recovery rate(89%-98%)all met the requirements of pesticide residues detection.Meanwhile,among the 11 pesticides,3 showed moderate matrix effects.The UPLC-MS/MS analysis method established on the basis of QuEChERS method in this paper could be used as a rapid and accurate detection method for 11 pesticide residues in Polygonatum sibiricum.
