摘要
地方农业高质量绿色发展,关键在生态环境保护和农产品价值实现,而地方政府是自然环境保护的重要力量,也是促进农业高质量绿色发展的重要推手之一。新时代的新要求呼吁政府职能的转变。作为新兴的公共治理理论,生态行政对于地方政府在新时代的职能转变从而促进地方农业高质量绿色发展的路径具有指导意义。本文通过研究生态行政理论及丽水市政府目前生态行政的手段,探索地方农业高质量绿色发展的路径。
The key to the high-quality and green development of local agriculture lies in the protection of the ecological environment and the realization of the value of agricultural products.The local government plays an important role in the protection of the natural environment and one of the important promoters of the high-quality and green development of agriculture.The new requirements of the new era call for a change in the function of government.As an emerging theory of public governance,ecological administration is of guiding significance for the functional transformation of government management in the new era to promote the path of high-quality green development of local agriculture.By studying the theory of ecological administration and the current means of ecological administration of Lishui City government,this paper explores the path of high quality green development of local agriculture.
