Aiming at the main obstacles for college students in rural areas with the integration of three industries to return home and start businesses,government departments should improve the service policy system of the integration of rural three industries,multiple subjects should work together to solve the problem of raising venture capital,improve the effect of the integration of rural three industries with multiple guarantees,cultivate and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of college students returning home,promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
