政策工具视角下我国数字乡村政策的文本量化研究

Quantitative Research of China's Digital Rural Policy from the Perspective of Policy Tools

数字农村是实施农村振兴的重要一环,分析我国数字乡村政策的特征和工具,可为后续中央与地方出台有关政策提供参考依据,有利于不断完善数字乡村的政策体系。本文运用Nvivo12软件,将我国已发布的21份数字乡村政策进行编码归类与量化,深入探讨我国地方数字乡村现有政策的问题与对策。

Digital rural area is an important part of the implementation of rural revitalization.The analysis of the characteristics and tools of China's digital rural policy can provide a reference for the subsequent central and local relevant policies,which is conducive to the continuous improvement of the digital rural policy system.This paper uses Nvivo12 software to code,classify and quantify the 21 digital rural policies published in China,and deeply discusses the problems and countermeasures of the existing local digital rural policies in China.
