乡村振兴背景下农村养老服务供给存在的问题和建议

Problems and Suggestions on the Supply of Rural Pension Services under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着社会的不断发展,乡村振兴战略不断渗透,在农村养老服务工作中取得了阶段性的结果,供给主体呈现出多元化的形式,逐渐提高供给服务水平,优惠政策的不断丰富,带给农村更加优质的养老服务。但是乡村地区的经济发展相对落后,养老待遇不高,养老设施和养老和功能不完善,影响农村养老服务的成效。所以,要大力提倡“孝”文化,引进先进的服务技术,吸引大量的专业人才优化养老系统,全面落实乡村振兴战略,整合乡村地区的服务资源,逐渐提高农村地区养老服务的质量。本文在乡村振兴的背景下,浅谈当前农村地区养老服务供给出现的问题,提出相关的优化建议,以供参考。

With the continuous development of the society,the rural revitalization strategy continues to penetrate,in the rural old-age service work has achieved phased results,the supply main body presents a diversified form,gradually improve the supply service level,the continuous enrichment of preferential policies,bring more quality old-age service to the countryside.However,the economic development of rural areas is relatively backward,pension treatment is not high,pension facilities and functions are not perfect,affecting the effectiveness of rural pension services.Therefore,we should vigorously advocate the"filial piety"culture,introduce advanced service technology,attract a large number of professionals to optimize the pension system,fully implement the strategy of rural revitalization,integrate service resources in rural areas,and gradually improve the quality of old-age services in rural areas.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper briefly discusses the problems in the supply of elderly care services in rural areas,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions for reference.
