农户参与耕地休耕行为研究进展与展望

Research Progress and Prospects on Farm Households’Participation in Fallow Land Behavior

农户是耕地休耕的直接主体,农户参与休耕行为研究也是耕地保护研究领域热点之一。文章从农户参与耕地休耕行为过程、行为影响因素体系和行为分析框架三方面综合评述了国内外的研究成果:(1)农户参与休耕行为的逻辑主要遵循“认知判断—意向选择—行为响应”的路径范式。国内集中于农户意愿研究,国外研究相对全面,但国内外均缺乏动态视角下的农户行为过程深度探析。(2)国内研究主要针对普通农户展开,对规模经营农户和其他行为主体缺乏关注。(3)国内研究主要围绕农户特征和耕地特征分析农户行为影响因素,其他因素对农户行为的影响路径不清晰;国外对社会生态系统背景、休耕政策规则等变量考察更具体。(4)农户休耕行为相关的研究与现有理论缺少对话,理论成果薄弱。基于此,文章初步构建了农户休耕行为分析框架,并针对现有研究的不足,提出加强基于动态视角的农户休耕行为过程研究、规模经营农户休耕行为及不同主体互动研究、农户参与休耕行为的不同影响因素比较研究、农户参与休耕行为的综合交叉研究等建议。

Farm households are the direct subject of fallow land,and the research on farm households’participation in fallow behavior is one of the topical research areas in the field of farmland conservation.The article reviews the research results at home and abroad from three perspectives,including the behavioral process of farm households’participation in fallow land,the system of behavioral influencing factors,and the framework of behavioral analysis:①The logic of farm households’participation in fallow behavior mainly follows the path paradigm of"cognitive judgment-an intentional choice-behavioral response".Chinese studies focus on farm household intentions,while foreign studies are more comprehensive,but both home and abroad lack in-depth analysis of farm household behavioral process from a dynamic perspective.②Chinese research mainly focuses on ordinary farmers and lacks attention to large-scale management farmers and other actors.③Domestic studies mainly analyze the influencing factors of farm household behavior by farm household characteristics and cultivated land characteristics,so the influence path of other factors on farm household behavior is unclear;Foreign studies consider more specific variables such as socio-ecological system context and follow policy rules.④The research on the fallow behavior of farmers is not connected with existing theories,so the theoretical results are weak.Based on this,the article preliminarily constructs a framework for analyzing farm household fallow behavior.The article proposes the following suggestions to address the shortcomings of the existing research:we should strengthen the research on farm household fallow behavior process based on the dynamic perspective,the research on the fallow behavior of farmers in large-scale management and the interaction of different agents,the comparative research on different influencing factors of farm households’participation in fallow behavior,and the comprehensive cross-sectional research on farmer households’participation in fallow behavior.
