摘要
为了提升煤炭资源开采率、减少巷道掘进量和优化矿井经济指标,以老母坡矿5103工作面作为研究对象,验证切顶卸压沿空留巷技术的可行性。对留巷顺槽围岩的不同矿压显现进行分区,对不同分区提出相对应的支护方案。在进行理论计算后得出了切顶卸压的合理切顶高度为6 m,合理切顶角度为20°,使用3DEC数值模拟软件模拟后,得出切顶卸压沿空留巷方案对改善留巷侧顶板应力状态和留巷围岩结构控制有一定的成效。最后在工业中引入实测,从切顶卸压使用前后对比来看,工程实际情况得到了良好的改善,对实施切顶卸压沿空留巷技术有着一定的引导意义。
In order to improve the mining rate of coal resources,reduce the amount of roadway excavation and optimize the economic indicators of the mine,the 5103 working face of Laomupo Mine was taken as the research object to verify the feasibility of roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining technology.The different mine pressure behaviors of the surrounding rock of the roadway are divided,and the corresponding support schemes are proposed for different partitions.After theoretical calculation,it is concluded that the reasonable roof cutting height of roof cutting and pressure relief is 6m,and the reasonable roof cutting angle is 20°.After using 3DEC numerical simulation software,it is concluded that the roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining scheme has certain effect on improving the stress state of the roof on the side of the retaining roadway and the control of the surrounding rock structure of the retaining roadway.Finally,the actual measurement is introduced in the industry.From the comparison before and after the use of roof cutting and pressure relief,the actual situation of the project has been well improved,which has certain guiding significance for the implementation of roof cutting and pressure relief gob-side entry retaining technology.
