园子沟煤矿冲击地压灾害治理技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 园子沟煤矿主采2-1煤、2煤,煤层具有弱冲击倾向性,井田范围内赋存的褶曲、断层等构造较多,部分断层落差达到10 m以上,受构造应力影响较大,冲击危险性较高。以首采1012001工作面为例,划分了掘进期间11个危险区域、回采期间10个危险区域。采用迎头钻孔预卸压、巷帮及底板钻孔卸压、补强卸压、顶板压裂卸压等措施,将煤岩体积聚的能量被缓慢耗散至安全范围内。通过钻屑法对卸压措施进行效果检验可知,冲击防控措施取得了良好效果,有效解除了工作面冲击危险性。 The main mining seams of Yuanzigou Coal Mine are 2-1 and 2 coal seams with weak impact tendency.There are many folds,faults and other structures in the mine field,and the drop of some faults is more than 10m.They are greatly affected by tectonic stress and have high impact risk.Taking the first mining 1012001 working face as an example,11 hazardous areas during tunneling and 10 hazardous areas during mining are divided.The energy accumulated in coal and rock volume is slowly dissipated to a safe range by adopting measures such as head drilling pre pressure relief,roadway side and floor drilling pressure relief,reinforcement pressure relief,roof fracturing pressure relief,etc.Through the test of the effect of pressure relief measures by drilling cuttings method,it can be seen that the impact prevention and control measures have achieved good results and effectively removed the impact risk of the working face.
