摘要
针对孤岛工作面漏风通道多、阻化剂和黄泥灌浆防火效果差的问题,结合虎峰煤矿2-103工作面开采地质条件,根据回采工作面不同开采阶段的特征,制定了不同的漏风通道封堵和注氮防火方案,并进行了现场试验。试验表明,通过采取堵漏和注氮技术措施,能够有效控制工作面采空区自然发火,整个回采过程中安全可控。
In view of the problems of many air leakage channels and poor fire prevention effect of inhibitor and yellow mud grouting in isolated island working face,combined with the mining geological conditions of 2-103 working face of Hufeng Coal Mine,according to the characteristics of different mining stages of the mining face,different air leakage channel plugging and nitrogen injection fire prevention schemes were formulated,and field tests were carried out.The test shows that the spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face can be effectively controlled by adopting leakage stoppage and nitrogen injection technical measures,and the whole mining process is safe and controllable.
