摘要
文章阐述广州地铁车辆智能运维示范项目走行部在线监测系统在实际运用中的优化措施,其主要包括:克服设备焊接困难,创新使用新型电机轴承传感器;解决原有轴承剩余寿命预测公式不准确问题;利用跟踪监测数据变化的方式优化镟轮计划安排,并利用监测数据在提升轨道维修管理水平方面和强化监测数据联动方面开展应用探索。
The article describes the optimization measures of the running gear online monitoring system in the practical application of the Guangzhou metro artificial intelligence for IT operations demonstration project,which includes overcoming equipment welding difficulties,innovating the use of new motor bearing sensors,modifying and improving the inaccurate issue of the original bearing residual life prediction formula,and optimizing the wheel turning schedule by tracking the changes in monitoring data,In addition,the monitoring data is also used to carry out application exploration in improving the level of track computerized maintenance management system and strengthening the linkage of monitoring data.
