摘要
文章简述立式齿轨系统的特征和坡度适用范围,针对立式齿轨系统中的Von Roll齿条,对比传统的齿条齿形,设计带齿根沉切圆弧的齿条齿形。并对2种齿形在不同齿根圆弧半径和齿轮齿条啮合高度情况下进行静态啮合仿真,获得齿条根部的拉、压应力曲线,针对设置齿根沉切圆弧和未设置齿根沉切圆弧齿条运用中出现的3种齿形参数情况,分析其动态啮合应力和动态啮合加速度情况。给出齿条设计中齿根圆弧半径大小和设置齿根沉切圆弧处理建议,可用于指导齿轨列车地面齿条的设计。
The article briefly describes the characteristics of the vertical rack system and the application scope of the slope.For the Von Roll rack in vertical rack systems,compared with traditional rack tooth profiles,the rack tooth profile with tooth root undercut arc is designed.A static meshing simulation was carried out under different tooth root arc radius and gear rack meshing heights,and the tensile and compressive stress curves of the rack root are obtained.The dynamic meshing stress and dynamic meshing acceleration of the rack with and without tooth root undercut arc are analyzed according to the three kinds of tooth profile parameters in operation.Suggestions on the radius of the tooth root arc and the treatment of setting tooth root undercut arc in the rack design are given,which can be used to guide the design of the rack rail for the rack railway train.
