基于城轨行车调度指挥系统架构的虚拟应急演练平台研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,关于城轨行车调度应急演练场景的研究大多聚焦于演练组织流程方面的优化,缺乏真实性,同时,列车自动监控系统培训模块的行车调度应急演练场景相对固定,无法实现多场景的叠加,这些因素限制演练人员应急处置能力的提高。因此,为提高行车调度多场景灵活演练,进一步提高行车调度员对突发事件的灵活应对能力,文章首先基于既有的行车调度指挥架构,进行城轨行车调度应急演练平台架构设计;其次,研究线路、信号、行车、场景4个方面的技术条件;最后,以天通苑北2/3#道岔四开和车载故障2个数字化场景叠加的应急演练为案例,详细介绍故障判断、信息通报、行车调整和故障恢复演练全过程情况。案例应用表明,此应急演练平台可有效提高行车调度员的技能水平和实战经验,促进城轨行车调度演练的模式改革。 At present,most of the research on urban rail transit traffic dispatching emergency drilling scenarios focuses on the optimization of the drill organization process,which lacks authenticity.At the same time,the training module of the automatic train monitoring system has a relatively fixed traffic dispatching emergency drilling scenario,which cannot realize the superposition of multiple scenarios.These have limitations on the improvement of personnel emergency handling ability.Therefore,in order to improve the flexible multi-scenario exercise of traffic dispatching and further improve the flexible response ability of traffic dispatchers to emergencies,this paper first designs the architecture of urban rail vehicle dispatching emergency drilling platform based on the existing traffic dispatching command architecture.Secondly,the technical conditions of track,signal,operating and scene are studied.Finally,taking the emergency drilling of Tiantongyuan North 2/3#switch fault and onboard signal system fault two digital scenes as a case,the whole process of malfunction recognition,information notification,operating adjustment and fault recovery drilling is introduced in detail.The case application shows that this emergency drilling platform can effectively improve the skill level and practical experience of traffic dispatchers,and promote the mode reform of urban rail transit traffic dispatching drilling.
