摘要
为将土地利用与交通设施建设成本相关联,精确估算城市轨道交通建设成本,文章首先基于GIS栅格技术,构建并优化城市轨道交通建设成本模型,即在考虑高架和地下2种敷设方式的基础上,将建设工程成本、拆迁成本、环境成本和社会成本纳入城市轨道交通建设成本模型;然后利用兴趣面(AOI)数据创建成本栅格图层求解城市轨道交通建设成本;最后以天津市轨道交通Z2线一期东丽区段为例,对该优化模型进行验证,以期为城市轨道交通建设成本估算研究提供新思路。
In order to accurately estimate the construction cost of urban rail transit by associating land use with the construction cost of transportation facilities,this paper first constructs and optimizes the construction cost model of urban rail transit based on the GIS grid technique,that is,on the basis of considering the elevated and underground section laying modes,the construction project cost,displacement cost,environmental cost and social cost are included in the construction cost model of urban rail transit;Then,using area of interest(AOD)data to create a cost grid layer to solve the construction cost of urban rail transit;Finally,the optimization model is verified by taking Dongli section of Tianjin rail transit line Z2 Phase Ⅰ as an example,in order to provide new ideas for the research of urban rail transit construction cost estimation.
