摘要
现代战争中,有效的电磁频谱管理是打赢电磁频谱战的关键。为提升电磁频谱管理能力,提出了分布式电磁频谱监测定位系统,采用分段射频采样方法进行全频带监测,同时采用Chan算法进行定位方程计算。系统具备电磁环境全频段实时监测能力,同时可以对威胁辐射源进行到达时间差(Time Difference of Arrival,TDOA)高精度定位。开展了城市环境中的电台信号监测实验和海上作战场景中辐射源定位仿真验证,实验结果证明该系统能够实现对电磁信号的实时监测和精细化分析。系统整体定位误差小于100 m,重点区域定位误差小于35 m,能够实现辐射源的高精度定位。本系统能够满足电磁频谱管理的需求,对我国电磁频谱战系统的发展具有参考意义。
In modern warfare,effective electromagnetic spectrum management is the key to win the electromagnetic spectrum warfare.In order to improve the ability of electromagnetic spectrum management,a distributed monitoring and positioning system is proposed.It adopts the method of segmented RF sampling to perform full-band monitoring,and uses Chan algorithm to solve equations.The system has the ability to perform full-band,real-time monitoring of the electromagnetic environment.Besides,it can perform high-precision time difference of arrival(TDOA)localization of the threatening emitter.An experiment of radio signal monitoring in the urban environment is organized.Simulation is conducted in order to verify the performance of passive localization in the naval warfare scene.The result demonstrates that this system can perform real-time monitoring and detailed analysis of electromagnetic signals.Furthermore,the overall error of positioning is less than 100 m,and the error of positioning in key region is less than 35 m,which means high-precision localization of emitter is achieved.In conclusion,the proposed monitoring and positioning system meets the demand for electromagnetic spectrum management and provides reference for the development of China’s electromagnetic spectrum warfare systems.
