摘要
提出了一种毫米波相控阵封装天线的建模方法,通过商业仿真软件搭建了相控阵封装天线集数字、模拟和射频于一体的系统级仿真模型。基于此模型,分析了毫米波相控阵封装天线典型电磁兼容问题机理。此外,提出了相控阵封装天线电磁兼容设计的基本原则。原理样机试验和装机试飞验证了所提出的电磁兼容建模、仿真、分析和设计方法的有效性与正确性。
A modeling method of millimeter-wave(MMW)phased array antenna in package is proposed,and a system-level simulation model of phased array antenna in package,which takes into account the effects of digital circuits,analog circuits and radio-frequency(RF)circuits,is built by commercial simulation software.Based on this model,the typical electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problems of MMW phased array antenna in package are analyzed,and the basic principles of EMC design are proposed.The validity and correctness of EMC modeling,simulation,analysis and design method presented are verified by prototype test and flight test.
