高职院校科研育人的现实困境与实践路径

Fulfilling the Educational Functions of Science and Research Activities in Vocational Colleges

通过问卷调查了解高职院校科研育人的现实困境,并针对目前困境提出相应策略。问卷调查结果显示高职院校科研育人存在三个不足:未能做到全方位育人;未能合理平衡教学、科研、育人三者关系;未能有效激发学生科研创新的积极性。对此,现阶段高职院校可通过教研相嵌推动课堂改革、科研宣讲弘扬科学精神、专创融合实现以赛促学、科研活动贯穿目标教育、校企联动搭建创新平台等路径来提升科研育人的水平。

A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the difficulties in achieving the educative functions of science and research in vocational colleges,and corresponding strategies were proposed.Three problems were found in this questionnaire survey:failure to achieve an all-round education;failure to balance teaching,research and moral education;failure to stimulate effectively students’enthusiasm for science,research and innovation.In this regard,at this stage,to improve the effectiveness of science and research activities in talents development,higher vocational institutions can promote classroom reform by means of combining teaching and research,advance the scientific spirit through lectures on science and research,combine vocational education with innovation&entrepreneurship education,introduce research activities into the content of target education,and build innovation platforms through college-enterprise linkage.
