基于“天擎”的重庆雷达资料共享软件设计与实现

摘要 针对“天擎·重庆”信息系统架构和数据环境的变化,为消除分布式数据环境中雷达资料重复存储的现象,依托VS2015集成开发工具,采用C/S架构体系设计,通过“天擎”气象数据统一访问接口(MUSIC),利用C#编程语言开发了一款可视化雷达数据共享客户端软件,可自动实时下载重庆新一代多普勒天气雷达资料,便于重庆市气象部门预报员实时掌握天气动态,提高监测强对流灾害性天气的能力,充分发挥气象防灾减灾第一道防线的作用。 In order to eliminate the phenomenon of repeated storage of radar data in distributed data environment,aiming at the changes of infor-mation system architecture and data environment of CMADaas·Qingqing,we relied on VS2015 integrated development tool,used C/S architec-ture system,and used the C#programming language to develop a visual radar data sharing client software,through CMADaaS unified access in-terface to meteorological data(MUSIC).In this way,the new generation Doppler weather radar data of Chongqing can be downloaded automati-cally and in real time,which is convenient for forecasters of Chongqing meteorological department to master the weather dynamics,improve the monitoring ability of severe weather processes in time,and give full play to the first line role of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction.
