感染/脓毒症是创伤患者常见的并发症及主要死亡原因。目前,预防创伤感染/脓毒症研究领域存在诸多难题,笔者重点围绕创伤后早期外科处理(清创、缝合、引流)、抗生素应用、感染疫苗、免疫调节剂选择及感染耐受调节剂研发五个方面进行阐述,为最大限度降低创伤患者感染及脓毒症发病率提供参考。

Infection/sepsis is a common complication and main cause of death following trauma.At present,there are many difficulties in the field of traumatic infection/sepsis prevention.The authors focus on the following five aspects:early post-traumatic surgical management(debridement,suture,drainage),use of antibiotics,vaccine,choice of immunomodulators,and exploration foRinfection tolerance regulators,in ordeRto provide guidance foRminimizing the incidence of infection and sepsis in trauma patients.
