整合优化后安徽省级自然保护区的规划与实践

Planning and Practice of Anhui Provincial Nature Reserves after Integration and Optimization

自然保护地的整合优化工作是科学构建自然保护地体系,确保全省重要自然生态系统和生物多样性得到系统性保护的重要基础和保障。本文在分析整合优化对自然保护区规划影响的基础上,阐述了安徽省级自然保护区总体规划的原则和相关步骤,并以整合优化工作之后安徽黄山大鲵省级自然保护区总体规划的编制为案例,分析了整合优化工作后省级自然保护区总体规划编制注意事项,以期为全省省级自然保护区规划提供借鉴。

The integration and optimization of natural reserves is an important basis and guarantee for scientific establishment of the nature protected area system and systematic conservation of important natural ecosystems and biodiversity in Anhui Province.In this paper,based on an analysis of the influence of integration and optimization on nature reserve planning,an elaboration was made on the principles and procedures for overall planning of Anhui provincial nature reserves.A case study was made on the formulation of Anhui Huangshan Giant Salamander Provincial Nature Reserve Overall Plan with an analysis on the points for attention in overall planning of the provincial nature reserves after integration and optimization,so as to provide reference for planning Anhui Provincial nature reserves.
