休宁县颜公溪流域竹笋加工业发展建议

Suggestions for Developing Bamboo Shoot Processing Industry in the Yangongxi River Basin of Xiuning County

本文介绍了休宁县颜公溪流域竹笋加工业发展现状,分析了竹笋加工业进一步做大所面临的主要问题,提出了多管协同扶持,为经营者减负增效;优化加工点布局,切实缓解用工不足;着力打造品牌,不断扩大竹笋新市场等促进竹笋加工扩容提效的发展建议,以期为该地区竹笋加工业持续健康发展提供参考。

In this paper,an introduction was made to the development actualities of bamboo shoot processing industry in the Yangongxi River basin of Xiuning County with an analysis on the main existing problems in further expanding the industry.Some development suggestions were put forward to promote bamboo shoot processing capacity expansion and efficiency including providing cooperative support from multiple channels to reduce the burden and increase the efficiency for the practitioners,optimizing the layout of processing entities to relieve labor shortages,strengthening brand-building and developing new markets,so as to provide reference for sustainable and sound development of bamboo shoot processing industry in the region.
