高技术服务业集聚水平与工业绿色创新效率关系探讨:中介作用与门槛效应

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HIGH-TECH SERVICE INDUSTRY AGGLOMERATION AND INDUSTRIAL GREEN INNOVATION:MEDIATING AND THRESHOLD EFFECT

作为高技术制造业和现代服务业融合发展产生的新业态,高技术服务业的发展壮大对推进产业结构转型升级、促进社会经济高质量发展具有重要意义。基于华东地区五省一市2011—2019年的面板数据,运用区位熵法、主成分分析法与非期望导向超效率SBM模型构建了测量指标,探讨了华东地区高技术服务业集聚与工业绿色创新效率的相互关系,并研究了数字经济发展的中介作用与产业结构升级发挥的非线性影响。研究表明:当前华东地区高技术服务业集聚水平与工业绿色创新效率整体均呈现上升态势;高技术服务业集聚与工业绿色创新效率提升具有显著的正向相关性且数字经济发展在二者关系中起到部分中介效应,但随着产业结构高级化程度的提升高技术服务业集聚对工业绿色创新效率的影响程度有所下降。为此,需要针对性推动产业结构转型,强化技术引领、区域协作与资源配套,推动工业绿色低碳转型,实现工业与高技术服务行业的高质量发展。

As a new format generated by the integration of high-tech manufacturing and modern service indus-try,the rapid development of high-tech service industry is an important path to vigorously promote the trans-formation of industrial structure and high-quality economy.The current academic communitys in-depth mech-anism between agglomeration of high-tech service industry and technology green innovation needs to be further expanded.Based on the panel data of 6 provinces in East China from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses the loca-tion entropy method,principal component analysis and undesired-oriented super-efficiency SBM model to con-struct and measure regional high-tech service industry development level,digital economy index,and industri-al green innovation efficiency.We also discuss the relationship between high-tech service industry agglomera-tion and industrial green innovation in the eastern region,and further study the mediation and nonlinear effects brought about by the development of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading.The research shows that both high-tech service industry agglomeration and industrial green innovation efficiency in the eastern re-gion are on the rise,but the regional development level is showing a differentiation trend.The agglomeration of high-tech service industries has a significant positive correlation with the improvement of industrial green in-novation efficiency,and the development of digital economy plays a partial intermediary effect in the interac-tion between them.However,the industrial structure upgrading had a significant non-linear increasing effect after applying threshold model.It is necessary to strengthen technological leadership,promote the transforma-tion of the low-carbon industry,and achieve high-quality development of the industry and high-tech service in-dustries.
