基于TMAH废水的厌氧反应器螺旋布水器性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以CFD流体软件为工具,以TMAH废水处理厌氧反应器为分析对象,模拟其内部的流动,提出了一种螺旋布水器。研究螺旋布水器形成的螺旋流态,分析螺旋布水器的布水孔对反应器流场和性能的影响。结果表明,布水器中布水孔斜置可在反应器内部形成螺旋流场,其对底部的扰流、吹起沉降污泥的性能远强于垂直向下的布水孔,布水孔60°左右斜置时的布水器吹起沉降污泥的能力最强;布水孔与反应器底面的相对位置决定流体形态及布水器吹起沉降污泥的能力;布水孔数量对反应器内流体速度的平均值和分布均匀度有一定的帮助。 Using CFD fluid software as tool,taking anaerobic reactor of TMAH wasterwater as the analysis object to simulate the internal flow,a spiral water distributor is proposed.The spiral flow state by the spiral water distributor is studied,the influence of the water hole on the internal flow and performance are analyzed.The results show that the inclined nozzle can form a spiral flow field inside the reactor,the inclined nozzle performs much better on the disturbance and blowing up the settling sludges at the bottom than the vertical downward nozzle,the nozzle inclination at about 60°enables the distributor to blow settling sludges.The relative position of the water holes and the bottom surface of the reactor determines the fluid form and the ability to blow the settling sludge.The number of water holes is helpful to the average and distribution uniformity of the fluid velocity in the reactor.
