摘要 合成了4种不同组分的复合磺酸钙润滑脂,用于机械设备的防锈和润滑,利用红外色谱对4种化合物进行了表征。采用盐雾、四球摩擦磨损和旋转氧弹试验,研究了添加复合磺酸钙基润滑脂配制的防锈、抗氧、极压抗磨防锈润滑油,对其防锈性、抗氧化性及摩擦磨损性的影响。结果表明,复合磺酸钙基润滑脂可满足多种工况条件的防锈润滑使用要求。 Four kinds of composite calcium sulfonate greases with different components are synthesized for anti-rust and lubrication of mechanical equipment.The four compounds are characterized by infrared chromatography.The effects of anti-rust,anti-oxidation and extreme pressure anti-wear anti-rust lubricating oil prepared by adding compound calcium sulfonate grease on its anti-rust,anti-oxidation and friction and wear properties are studied by salt spray,four-ball friction and wear and rotary oxygen bomb experiments.The results show that the compound calcium sulfonate grease can meet the requirements of anti-rust lubrication under various working conditions.
