摘要
炼钢-连铸生产过程会对转炉及连铸机造成高磨损,为了保持设备的正常高效工作状态,避免生产过程中由于设备原因导致机器故障,钢铁企业需要根据实际产量制定符合企业实际需求的机器检修计划,但过去的研究很少有学者将预防性维修计划与生产排程结合在一起。本文针对固定检修时间下炼钢连铸生产,建立数学模型,以最小化最大完工时间为目标,通过遗传算法进行优化,最终实验结果能为决策者提供参考。
The steelmaking-continuous casting production process will cause high wear and tear to the converter and the continuous casting machine.In order to maintain the normal and efficient working state of the equipment and avoid unnecessary losses caused by machine failure or abnormal shutdown during the production process,the dispatcher needs to In practice,periodic machine maintenance plans are formulated,but in the past,few scholars have combined preventive maintenance plans with production scheduling,and little research has been done on this aspect.In this paper,a mathematical model is established for the production of steelmaking and continuous casting under fixed maintenance time.The goal is to minimize the maximum completion time,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize it.The final experimental results can provide reference for decision makers.
