长江流域悬索桥索塔下横梁支架结构设计与施工

摘要 仙新路过江通道主桥采用主跨1760m的单跨门型塔大跨度悬索桥,悬索桥南塔塔柱与下横梁采用异步施工法,下横梁采用落地钢管支架施工。针对下横梁底部为圆弧形的结构特点,特采用槽钢自制弧形桁架作为承重结构,达到了支架结构受力清晰、施工效率高效可控,混凝土外观控制良好的目的。 The main bridge of the river-cross channel of Xianxin Road adopts a single-span portal tower and a large-span suspension bridge with a main span of 1760m.The tower column and the lower beam of the suspension bridge of the south tower adopts the asynchronous construction method,and the lower beam is constructed with floor-standing steel pipe supports.In view of the arc-shaped structure characteristics at the bottom of the lower beam,the self-made arc-shaped truss of channel steel is specially used as the bearing structure which achieves the purpose of the support structure stress clearly,efficient and controllable construction efficiency,and good concrete appearance control.
