刮板链作为煤矿刮板输送设备传动系统的重要组成部分,在使用过程中随着采煤机往复采煤,矿用链条不断承受交变载荷作用。随着载煤量不同负载不断变化,矿用链条产生弹性形变,影响刮板输送设备配套链条的张紧力。新型链条自动张紧系统,采集刮板输送设备工作状态参数、采煤机位姿状态信息、工作面动力部负载信息等,经过可编程控制器控制输出信号,通过液控系统调整机尾油缸伸缩,实现不同工况条件下(适用于纯水介质)的链条张紧力的控制,保证链条使用寿命同时,避免链条松弛出现的各种故障。

The scraper chain is an important part of the transmission system of the scraper conveying equipment in the coal mine.During the use process,as the shearer reciprocates coal,the mining chain is constantly subjected to alternating loads.With the continuous change of different loads of coal,the mining chain produces elastic deformation,which affects the tension of the supporting chain of the scraper conveying equipment.The new automatic chain tensioning system collects the working state parameters of the scraper conveying equipment,the position and attitude information of the shearer,and the load information of the power part of the working face,etc.,and controls the output signal through the programmable controller,and adjusts the expansion and contraction of the tail cylinder through the hydraulic control system,Realize the control of chain tension under different working conditions(applicable to pure water medium),ensure the service life of the chain,and avoid various failures caused by chain relaxation.
