摘要
本文首先对特征X射线的产生过程进行详细说明,对X射线管内部阴极和阳极的工作过程以及X射线管的使用寿命进行说明。X射线最重要的特性是衰减效应,钢铁企业所用的X射线测厚仪主要应用的是它的衰减效应。针对厚度测量原理进行详细说明,并对测量过程中材料的温度、角度、杂质以及所测材料合金成分对测量的影响进行分析。
In this paper,we first describe the atomic structure to explain the basic principle of X-ray production from the most basic principle of physics,and explain the production process of X-ray through the production process of characteristic X-ray and bremsstrahlung.Describe the working process of the cathode and anode inside the X-ray tube and the service life of the X-ray tube.The most important characteristic of X-ray is attenuation effect.The X-ray thickness gauge used in steel enterprises is mainly used for its attenuation effect.The principle of thickness measurement is described in detail,and the influence of material temperature,angle,impurities and alloy composition on the measurement is analyzed.
