工程施工领域中的BIM+智慧工地平台应用能有效为项目管理带来新的契机,而作为智慧工地的核心关键,则是高效的使用BIM数据模型能拓展工程项目在多维度场景中的综合应用。本文通过对BIM数据模型建构的过程进行梳理,分析在各阶段BIM数据模型的建构过程及其适用范围,最终为实现施工项目成本管控、质量及安全管理、增强项目信息化应用场景等提供相应的构建路径,可为智慧工地的应用场景搭建提供新思路。

The application of BIM+smart site platform in the field of engineering construction can effectively bring new opportunities for project management.As the core of smart site,the efficient use of BIM data model can expand the comprehensive application of engineering projects in multi-dimensional scenarios.This paper combs the construction process of BIM data model,analyzes the construction process and scope of application of BIM data model at each stage,and finally provides a corresponding construction path for realizing cost control,quality and safety management of construction projects,and enhancing project information application scenarios,which can provide new ideas for the construction of application scenarios of smart construction sites.
