城市轨道交通在汛期有发生雨水倒灌造成地下空间水淹的风险,可能造成人员伤亡及财产损失。编制轨道交通防汛地图,能直观展示防汛风险隐患分布和应急资源配置,引导防汛监测预警更有针对性,缩短防汛应急启动的响应时间,支撑抢险救援的处置决策,对城市轨道交通防止水淹倒灌将起到积极作用。通过对水淹倒灌的形成过程和应对处置进行分析,梳理北京市轨道交通路网防汛地图的要素构成,结合展示形式及配套资料的相关需求,形成北京市轨道交通路网防汛地图的编制方法,进而指导防汛地图的编制。

There is a risk of underground space flooding caused by rainwater inpouring in flood season of urban rail transit,which may cause casualties and property losses.The compilation of rail transit flood control map can intuitively show the distribution of flood control risks and emergency resource allocation,guide flood control monitoring and early warning to be more targeted,shorten the response time of flood control emergency start-up,support the disposal decision of emergency rescue,and play a positive role in preventing flooding and backflooding of urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of the formation process of flood flooding and the countermeasures,the paper sorted out the elements of the flood control map of Beijing rail transit network,combined with the relevant needs of display forms and supporting materials,formed the compilation method of Beijing rail transit network flood control map,and then guided the compilation of flood control map.
